A warm and design environment, where Federica and Gérard, owners of the structure, have decided to tell their concept of architecture and quality of life through sustainability and nature, art and design. “21barra5 is our most ambitious project, a turning point in life: welcoming the traveler as in a home, making his travel experience extraordinary and unforgettable is the goal we set ourselves.” The property is located in Gressan, a picturesque village in the immediate vicinity of the city of Aosta and in a strategic position to reach the various places of interest in the region. 21barra5 is a wooden house, where the use of materials, technological choices and the use of renewable energy sources have contributed to achieving a high energy efficiency that demonstrates the attention of the property to the environment. Furthermore, obtaining CasaClima certification is an absolute guarantee of comfort, healthy and sustainable living.
The Guesthouse is composed of six rooms and common areas, and thanks to the large windows, which make the rooms bright, a special relationship is established with the external context that becomes an integral part of the interior spaces. The interior design, curated by the Lago Point Casa Più Arredamenti, is dominated by the LAGO design. Modularity, lightness, contrast, vitality, authenticity and architectural dimension are the chromosomes that characterize LAGO furnishings, which fit perfectly in a modern and elegant environment like that of 21barra5.
At the entrance of the building, the living area and breakfast room overlooks with large windows on the outside, giving splendid views of the Alps. Wood and glass alternate in the choice of furnishings, where tables, benches, bookcases and sofas from the Air line complete spaces with elegance and lightness. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, furnished with taste and simplicity. Air and Lagolinea beds alternate in the rooms, complemented by Et voilà wardrobes in fabric and Slide sofas.
